Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italia (RFK Italia) has carried forward the moral and civil legacy of Senator Robert F. Kennedy since 2005, promoting a culture of human rights based on justice, equality, and participation. In recent years, the organization has strengthened its commitment to civic education and social cohesion through projects focused on human rights education, inclusion, and community support.

With the CivicAttiva platform, available for free on Treccani Edulia, RFK Italia provides teachers with innovative educational tools to engage students on topics such as the Constitution, human rights, sustainability, and digital citizenship.

At the same time, through the Bobby’s Dream program, the association promotes training and employment pathways for individuals in vulnerable conditions, contributing concretely to their autonomy and integration.

The commitment to younger generations and local communities has also taken shape in initiatives such as a free after-school program for children aged 11 to 14, and the inclusive summer camps "(R)Estate Attivi", designed to support families and offer young people opportunities for growth and civic engagement.

Projects like "Throw Away Prejudice", created in collaboration with Alia Multiutility, have turned symbolic and artistic actions into tools for civic education and collective reflection.

At the national level, the association continues its awareness-raising efforts through cultural and fundraising events such as the "Be the Hope" gala dinner, which each year celebrates those who stand out in the defense of human rights.

The headquarters in Florence, named the International House of Human Rights, serves as a meeting place for activists, educators, and citizens who believe, like Robert F. Kennedy, that “each of us can make a difference, and all of us together can change the world.”
